How the referral side works
- You find a role on the live board or a category page here.
- You apply through our link. This records the referral; it does not change your terms or pay.
- The platform screens you — usually an AI-led interview, then a domain assessment.
- The platform decides. Offers, rates, contracts and onboarding are theirs.
For roles we refer to, we are a referral partner rather than the employer. We do not charge candidates registration, training or placement fees; we do not guarantee selection; and we do not set pay rates or run the platforms' assessments.

Yes. Every role we list comes from an established platform or a client we work with directly, we never charge candidates a fee, and we never send unsolicited offers or ask for payment of any kind.

Yes — 100% of the roles we list are fully remote, and most carry no location restriction at all.
Does YO AI Labs only refer candidates to other platforms?
